Virginia J. Bartlett is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Business Professionals. Virginia is the founder of Bartlett O’Neill Consulting, Inc., a firm that provides objective, unbiased employee benefits consulting.

Virginia has over 30 years of experience in employment benefits consulting and benefits programs. Her expertise includes the skilled design and implementation of employee benefit programs, mergers and acquisitions consulting, and conducting IRS and ERISA compliance reviews. She has served as an Employee Plans Specialist with the Employee Plans/Exempt Organizations Division of the IRS, as well as an investigator of leading edge cases with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration Office of Enforcement.

Furthermore, Virginia directs tax and ERISA compliance reviews, audits, as well as vender search, selection and transition on a regular basis. Virginia is also involved with public speaking for the AICPA and other human resource organizations regarding employee benefit plan issues.

In addition to her roles in the consulting and benefit programs fields, Virginia is also a certified public accountant in Maryland and Georgia. She is a member of the AICPA, National Center for Employee Ownership, Profit Sharing/401K Council of America, and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Virginia is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
