Continental Who’s Who applauds Paul Cheneour for his exceptional talent as an Independent Recording Artist, Flautist, Composer and teacher, his accomplishments are proven on his website www.redgoldmusic.com. 

Paul trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London UK, under professor Rainer Schuelien. After which, he toured Europe with the Barand Peterson Quintet leading him to compose for his 7 piece ensemble Cornish connection.  He has played principle flute in various venues including theaters, orchestras, concerts and jazz ensembles naming Royal Shakespeare Company.

For over 38 years and traveling, Paul Cheneour has been playing, composing, teaching and running master classes and numerous workshops for Skyros centres Greece, Kinston University London, Sufi Centers London, Pontius Place Mexico, Malta, Music, Mind and Movement and Inspiration Society Haslemere Surrey and Kent Music, listing a few on his impressive repertoire.  Paul was voted number 74 in “The World’s Best Jazz Flautist of all Time” by subscribers of www.digitaldreamdoor.com.

Paul’s undeniable skillfulness is awarded by Continental Who’s Who and is represented by his credit of 38 CD albums published by Northstar music UK, 5 major films, including EMA winning “6th Happiness” and “Hideous Kinky”, starring Kate Winslet.  He was winner of Best Foreign film 2007, “The Pace of the Dead”, has produced many videos and documentaries that include BBC2’s “Egyptian Journeys” by Dan Cruickshank, “Return of the Unicorn” for the Discovery Channel and produced and appeared in DVD short film, “The Painter and the Musician”.  His affiliations of association are of noble mention, Creative Partnerships, UK, www.creativepartnerships.org, MCPS-PRS-Musician’s Union, UK, www.Zenbicyleband.co.uk  and D.A.D. Paul Cheneour exudes true music passion, after an accident Paul was diagnosed as suffering from severe PTSS (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome) and he stopped performing. It wasn’t until three years later that he recovered sufficiently enough to play with any feeling again. His dedication enabled him to continue with more positivity and today he composes and performs with his group Jazz Fusion Group 4JQ.AEONA flutes producing CD’s including “Space N Time”.
