KARINA ORAZIETTI - REAL ESTATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Karina Orazietti is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Real Estate Professionals. Karina is a Sales Representative with Sutton Group SSM Realty Inc. Brokerage.

Since 1997, Karina has worked with buyers and sellers trading real estate in the residential, condo, new home, land acquisition, commercial, and research markets. She assists in preparing clients for mortgage financing, market evaluation of all types of properties, purchasing and selling agreements, leasehold agreements, and marketing through numerous mediums.

When Karina is not busy with her work at Sutton Group, she enjoys volunteering her time to community fund raising for charities. She has been involved in charity work since a very young age, and for the last two years she has headed the SSM Real Estate Board Social Committee which focuses on fund raising through social events with the Board Members.

Karina has received numerous accolades for her outstanding success in the Real Estate Industry. In 2007, she was the recipient of the William R. Chitty Award for Exemplifying the Image of the Realtor Community. Additionally, she has received multiple Platinum and President’s Awards for Outstanding Achievements.

Currently, Karina is working towards earning her Brokerage License and hopes to one day own and operate her own firm.
