BJ JHAVERI - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

BJ Jhaveri is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among IT Professionals. BJ is Director of Operations for AK Systems, Inc.

As Director of Operations, BJ is responsible for leading day-to-day business operations for consulting services. He develops strategy, organization, and workforce motivation. BJ also communicates with clients and monitors the performance of resources, as well as supervises the recruitment process and mentoring employees for progress.

BJ’s expertise lies in the areas of business operations management, mentoring, human resource management, wellness coaching, and business development and contracts negotiation.

BJ is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he has also volunteered as an In-Transition group workshop coach. In addition, he also volunteers his time as a yoga coach at the Edison, New Jersey YMCA.

BJ received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering in 1987, as well as a diploma in Marketing Management in 1996. He was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by SPHR in 2008, and is currently working on a mini-MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management at Rutgers University.

In the future, BJ hopes to contribute towards wellness management and lead organizational and employee development initiatives.
